Service Description

MFFAIS is a liquidation value research platform that provides asset-based financial analysis of public companies using data from SEC EDGAR XBRL filings. The platform includes liquidation value calculations, interactive calculators, rankings, and collaborative research tools.

Free vs. Member Access

Free users can view all company pages, liquidation metrics, rankings, industry analysis, and use the liquidation value calculator. Free users can also subscribe to email filing notifications.

Members ($29.99/month) additionally gain access to: saving and loading calculator discount profiles, posting notes and questions, voting on community content, portfolio tracking, and the Stripe customer portal for subscription management.

Payment Terms

MFFAIS Membership is billed at $29.99 per month via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Manage Subscription link in your account menu, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

All financial data on MFFAIS is derived from publicly available SEC EDGAR XBRL filings. MFFAIS makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data, calculations, or analysis. Users should independently verify all data before making financial decisions.

MFFAIS is not financial advice. The metrics, rankings, and analysis presented are mechanical calculations based on reported balance sheet data. They do not constitute investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations. MFFAIS is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

User-Generated Content

By posting notes, questions, or discount profiles on MFFAIS, you grant MFFAIS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time. All content is subject to automated moderation and may be removed if it violates our content guidelines.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from MFFAIS without permission
  • Redistribute MFFAIS data commercially without a license
  • Post misleading, fraudulent, or abusive content
  • Attempt to circumvent authentication or access controls
  • Use the platform to manipulate securities markets

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFFAIS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to investment losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
